I had high hopes for my stay at The Heritage Bangkok because the location is fantastic—right next to the skytrain and lots of restaurants. However, my experience was marred by room issues and less-than-stellar service. The staff seemed disinterested, and I encountered several maintenance problems that really affected my stay, including a damp smell in my first room. Overall, the hotel has its perks, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service.

Rooms
5.0
The room I was given had a terrible damp smell, and when I raised the issue, the staff only masked it with a room spray. After some persistence, I got moved to another room, but it was still disappointing. The carpets looked worn, and I even stepped on a rusted nail, which was concerning.
Service
5.0
The service I received was quite poor. The staff seemed uninterested in helping with my reservation issues, and it took a long time to address the maintenance problems I encountered. Their lack of professionalism made my stay less enjoyable.
Location
6.0
The location is one of the hotel's strong points. It's conveniently situated close to the skytrain and a variety of dining options on Silom Road, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and I found that there was no tea or coffee served. I expected better, but there were fresh products available elsewhere nearby.
Facilities
5.0
The rooftop pool looked neglected, with unclear water, and the hotel’s other facilities seemed dated. It felt like they weren't maintained properly, which was disappointing.

I had a pretty rough stay at The Heritage Bangkok. While the location close to the BTS station was a plus, the room condition was a huge letdown, and the service was downright frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially for longer stays.

Rooms
5.0
The room was dirty, with layers of dust on the carpet and other surfaces. Maintenance seemed non-existent, as the bathroom had mold and the ceiling showed signs of leaks. Plus, I had only one key for my stay, which was inconvenient.
Service
5.0
I experienced terrible service; every request I made was either met with a decline or ignored. When I expressed my concerns at the front desk, all I got was a smile, which was pretty disheartening.
Location
5.0
The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Sky train stop, making it easy to get around the city. This was definitely the highlight of my stay.
Dining
5.0
There wasn’t much offered in terms of dining, with no tea or coffee served, which was disappointing considering I expected more for what I paid.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were in poor condition. The gym equipment was broken and the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, which was pretty gross. I definitely wanted better amenities.

Despite a good location near the Skytrain, my stay at The Heritage Bangkok was disappointing. The room cleanliness was unsatisfactory with dusty carpets and dirty surfaces, and while I enjoyed the spaciousness, the amenities left a lot to be desired. Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and service really diminished the experience.

Rooms
5.0
I booked a suite on the 5th floor, which really needed a renovation. The carpets were dirty and the furniture felt old. I was eventually moved to the 8th floor, a refurbished room, but even that had issues like low water pressure and no safe.
Service
5.0
The reception staff ranged from okay to dismissive. When I asked for extra towels during my stay with kids, they wanted to charge me 300 baht. This left a sour taste about their customer service.
Location
8.0
The Heritage Bangkok has a great location right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get around the city. This was definitely the highlight of my stay.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was pretty average and not restocked after 9 am. I was hoping for more variety during my 13-day stay but it remained the same each day.
Facilities
5.0
The fitness center was disappointing, with equipment that wasn't working properly, and the pool had safety hazards. I also found the overall cleanliness and usefulness of amenities to be lacking.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Heritage Bangkok. The location was fantastic, right in the city center and next to a skytrain station, which made getting around super convenient. However, the hotel itself felt really dated, and I encountered some frustrating issues with customer service that left a sour taste in my mouth.

Rooms
6.0
My room had a nice bathtub and a balcony next to the air vent, which was refreshing. However, the facilities felt quite old.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly, but I struggled with issues regarding my reservation. It felt like there was a lack of effective communication and training among the team.
Location
8.0
The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center and right by the tram and skytrain, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant, and the prices were reasonable, especially for breakfast, but I noticed there was no tea or coffee served.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel offered several facilities, like laundry services and room service, but I felt the overall experience was underwhelming due to some outdated amenities.

My stay at The Heritage Bangkok had pleasant moments. the location made it easy to explore the city, but I found the room quality somewhat lacking. The views from the rooftop pool were stunning, yet the overall condition of the hotel needs improvement. I enjoyed simple breakfast options, though it could use more variety.

Rooms
7.0
The room felt a bit worn. the furniture had a nice wooden touch, but some areas seemed in need of updates. However, I appreciated having a premium room with a bathtub, which added a touch of comfort to my stay.
Service
6.0
The staff were welcoming. check-in was strict at 2 pm but the receptionists were friendly. Unfortunately, I did have a minor issue with my reservation not being found, which caused a slight hiccup.
Location
9.0
One of the best features was the location. just a short walk from Chong Non Si BTS station, making it easy to access all areas of Bangkok. There were also plenty of dining options nearby.
Dining

I found the breakfast to be simple but nice. a bit more variety would have been appreciated, especially with no coffee or tea served.
Facilities

The rooftop pool was a highlight with beautiful views of the city. services like dry cleaning and laundry were available, but the overall condition of the facilities could be improved.
